Joint Stock Company “Georgian Railway Construction” (“GRC” or the “Company”) is currently fully owned by the Limited Liability Company “Georgian Railway” (the “Georgian Railway” or the “GR”). Georgian Railway is the sole operator of the railways of Georgia and is fully owned by the State of Georgia.

LLC “Georgian Railway” is currently implementing construction of new Tbilisi Railway Bypass. As a result of construction of Tbilisi Railway Bypass, 73 hectares of land in the middle of Tbilisi, owned by LLC “Georgian Railway” will be freed up for future urban development.

The development of the above mentioned land is being carried out by JSC “Georgian Railway Construction” according to the General Plan of Regulation elaborated by French urban consulting company “Apur”.
